About the Recipe
Easy to make and a delicious dose of protein - this smoothie is one you'll keep coming back to. Made with ingredients you probably already have, it'll keep you full for a good while!

Ingredients
200ml semi-skimmed milk
1 x 150g pot natural low-fat yogurt
200g berries fresh or frozen, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
Extra berries, to decorate, optional
Preparation
Whizz all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour into glasses and serve. If preferred, decorate with additional berries on top.
