About the Recipe
Like sipping on sunshine while sitting on sandy shores! We also love that it's rich in Vitamin B12.

Ingredients
200g frozen tropical fruit – mango, pineapple, and papaya (or any mix of your choice)
100g 5% fat Greek yogurt
300ml semi-skimmed milk
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
25g chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds
Preparation
Blend the fruit, yogurt, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a blender or smoothie maker on the pulse setting until smooth. Add a more milk if required.
Add most of the nuts, reserving a few for garnish, and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve with the remaining nuts on top.
