About the Recipe

Like sipping on sunshine while sitting on sandy shores! We also love that it's rich in Vitamin B12.

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen tropical fruit – mango, pineapple, and papaya (or any mix of your choice) ​

  • 100g 5% fat Greek yogurt  ​

  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk ​

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon​

  • 25g chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds

Preparation

  • Blend the fruit, yogurt, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a blender or smoothie maker on the pulse setting until smooth. Add a more milk if required.​

  • Add most of the nuts, reserving a few for garnish, and blend again.

  • Pour into glasses and serve with the remaining nuts on top.
