About the Recipe
We believe that Christmas is a state of mind, which is why this recipe is an all-year round one. It's also an all-rounder because it packs protein, vitamin B12, calcium, and a flavour punch.

Ingredients
200ml semi-skimmed milk
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon maple or date syrup
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan. Lightly stir and warm gently over a moderate heat.
Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
Tip: Alternatively, put all the ingredients into a microwave proof mug, stir gently and microwave for a few minutes on HIGH (Check your microwave handbook for exact timings). Set aside for a few seconds before serving.
