About the Recipe
Full of goodness (a dash of iodine included), this milkshake is a great reminder of how brilliant basic ingredients can be.

Ingredients
300ml milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons porridge oats
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, for creaminess, optional
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
Tip - Keep it cool in a stainless-steel flask.
