About the Recipe

Full of goodness (a dash of iodine included), this milkshake is a great reminder of how brilliant basic ingredients can be.

Ingredients

  • 300ml milk​

  • 1 banana​

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter​

  • 2 tablespoons porridge oats​

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, for creaminess, optional

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.​

  • Tip​ - Keep it cool in a stainless-steel flask.
