About the Recipe

You don't need a bamboo whisk for this one! Quick to whip up and high in B12, this milkshake is a definite cult favourite.

Ingredients

  • 500ml semi-skimmed milk​

  • 4 teaspoons of matcha powder​

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract​

  • 4 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup​

  • 100g Greek yogurt

Preparation

  • Blend together the milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and honey.​

  • Pour into a glass, garnish with extra matcha powder, and serve.
