About the Recipe
This zesty twist on overnight oats promises a fresh and satisfying breakfast every time. Easy to prep and chill, and perfect for on-the-go!

Ingredients
60g rolled oats
25g chia seeds
200ml semi-skimmed milk
150g natural low fat yogurt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
160g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
1 small banana, sliced, (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Spoon into two individual airtight jars or containers with lids.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then serve. Add some sliced bananas as a topping, if you wish.
