About the Recipe
One for the turmeric lovers! Quick and easy to make, this hot drink is sure to warm you up on the inside.

Ingredients
200ml semi-skimmed milk
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon runny honey
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan. Lightly stir and warm gently over a moderate heat.
Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
Tip: Alternatively, put all the ingredients into a microwave proof mug, stir gently and microwave for a few minutes on HIGH (Check your microwave handbook for exact timings). Set aside for a few seconds, whisk gently and serve.
