About the Recipe
This quick milkshake comes together with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge (this is your excuse to make some room in there). Give it a go!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons mixed fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
200ml semi-skimmed milk
50g Greek yogurt
Preparation
Put the berries, honey, and milk into a blender and whizz together until smooth.
Strain into a large glass and serve.
