About the Recipe

Low in saturated fat, but high up on our list of death row drinks! This smoothie is a great way to catch up on your 5-a-day.

Ingredients

  • 100g 5% fat Greek yogurt​

  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk​

  • 200g blueberries​

  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled​

  • 25g baby spinach, kale, or watercress leaves​

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds​

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.​

  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
