About the Recipe
Low in saturated fat, but high up on our list of death row drinks! This smoothie is a great way to catch up on your 5-a-day.

Ingredients
100g 5% fat Greek yogurt
200ml semi-skimmed milk
200g blueberries
1 small ripe banana, peeled
25g baby spinach, kale, or watercress leaves
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
